I love that I came on the Invitation of my son, Isaac Vancil who said he thought I would like it.My wife Mimi and I immediately liked when Phillip greeted us. He said if your life is a mess then then you might like it here because all our lives are a mess. How refreshing! My life was a mess . We immediately loved the worship having been music and worship leaders back in the 70’s/ 80’s In interdenominational “charismatic churches” All Saints worship was like our ministry even to the set up and mix of hymns , New songs and and then some. We have been Anglicans for 37yrs. . I love the no pressure, bright and fresh Church services ( with windows!!!!!) I love that it rest upon the Blue Print of Christ and Him Crucified , no hype, no personal bias no bigotry! Wow!!! We actually love and respect all Belivers and I have not heard any Criticisism of other churches in 35 years, but rather praise for their work and devotion in Christ,Not in sermons nor fellowship nor in personal friendships.How refreshing!!! In our 70’s we enjoy the care we have received in home groups and other fellowship from the children to our peers.We are weekly sent off to love and serve The Lord ,after the Joyful Hallelujahs of the children , leading us adults. I love that We are allowed to think and grow and be our selves with liberty in Christ and the responsibility of believers to” Work out our own salvation with fear and trembling without policing or fear of bigotry. I like how that the worship and liturgy leaves no stone uncovered in the essentials of faith every week. I leave fulfilled and free of condemnation to serve the Lord. I love that the world in all it’s chaos and political battles have no place in the sanctuary of Christ’s Holy Presences. When the Temple of Moses in the the wilderness Was being built,God commanded that all the work be done out of ear shot of the Temple then brought reverently to be assembled at the temple site. Personally, I came there a very sick man weak in body and mind and continued to be through various illnesses and there was no pressure nor theories as to my illness. Especially the young adults surrounded me with love and respect no matter what. Need I say more. Yes, and the prayers of healing so effective but, as I asked for it at my digression. Not expected to live, I am now active , and progressing in vitality. Finally, All Saints is not perfect and does not claim the corner of the market, ,not in competition with anyone. Just sinners washed in The Blood and Saved by Grace in the Faith given to us byJesus Christ. Amen . (Great place for wounded warriors) Thank you for this opportunity to testify on behalf of our church and The Work of The Lord Jesus .
